It's simply because I haven't gotten around to filling out all the paper work needed to get the dev kit. Don't know why they just don't make the dev kit public.
Rewire would be especially useful for Pro Tools HD users who can't hear other apps audio while running Pro Tools (sure there are ways now with optical i/o or even Soundlfower, but it's not as easy as Rewire). My 2 cents.
